Are you building a startup? The Combine is awarding $10,000 to university-based teams that seek to start new technology companies
The Combine is NYC Media Lab's accelerator for early-stage startup teams focusing on emerging media technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, virtual and augmented reality, new voice/audio interfaces, and blockchain. The program will empower faculty and student teams to adopt the "lean" startup method to search for and develop a business model for their startup concept.

Application Deadline: Friday, November 30th
Time Commitment: The program's in-person curriculum sessions run from January through April 2019 on Friday mornings.
Awards: Participating teams will receive mentorship from leading media and technology executives and investors from NYC Media Lab Member Companies and $10,000 in funding.
Eligibility: Faculty and students at an accredited university located in NYC are eligible to apply. Students must be currently affiliated with an NYC university at the time of application to be eligible.
