Charter Accessibility Project

In collaboration with the NYU Ability Project, graduate students conducted research centered around improving the accessibility of Charter/Spectrum’s home entertainment products and services. A user-centered approach was embraced to identify user pain points and develop solutions that meet their needs. Students researched current trends in media access and cutting edge technologies that could be applied. Community participants with disabilities informed the process by providing feedback. Students developed their own experimental prototypes and tested their solutions with community participants.
